Red Pepper Media LLC (“Red Pepper,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides website, reservation, form, email, and messaging technology services for restaurant clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information submitted through websites, forms, dashboards, and services that we operate or support.
1. Information We Collect: We may collect information that guests, restaurant clients, or users provide through forms, dashboards, or communications with us, including: Name, Email address, Phone number, Reservation details, Private event inquiry details, Message or notes content, Restaurant client information, Technical and interaction data related to website, form, email, or messaging activity

How We Use Information: We use information to provide and operate our services, including: Processing reservation requests, Managing private event inquiries, sending booking-related confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups, supporting restaurant client dashboards and workflows, responding to questions or support requests, maintaining system security and reliability, improving our services. We do not use guest reservation information for unrelated marketing purposes.
3. SMS Communications: SMS opt-in data and consent processed by Red Pepper on behalf of restaurant clients will be used only for booking-related communications. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is excluded from any data sharing and will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Restaurant Client Data: When Red Pepper provides technology services for a restaurant client, we process guest information on behalf of that restaurant. The restaurant may also maintain its own privacy policy explaining how it collects and uses guest information.
5. Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party service providers to help operate our websites, forms, email systems, messaging systems, hosting, analytics, and related services. These service providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us or to our restaurant clients. They are not permitted to use SMS opt-in data or consent for their own marketing purposes.
6. Sharing of Information: All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is excluded from any data sharing and will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed to provide services to restaurant clients, operate our technology systems, comply with legal obligations, protect rights, safety, and security, or work with service providers acting on our behalf. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention: We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, support restaurant client operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.
8. Security: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.
9. Your Choices: Guests may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. Guests may request help by replying HELP. For email marketing messages, users may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
10. Google API Data: If a restaurant client or authorized user connects a Google account or Google Business Profile to Red Pepper services, Red Pepper may access, use, and store Google Business Profile data only as needed to provide dashboard features requested by the user or restaurant client. This may include business profile location information, review data, review reply data, and related account information. Red Pepper uses this Google data to display reviews, help authorized users manage review replies, sync connected business locations, and support restaurant dashboard functionality. Red Pepper does not sell Google user data. Red Pepper does not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, or unrelated marketing. Red Pepper does not use Google user data to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Red Pepper’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
11. Changes to This Policy: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
