Red Pepper Media LLC (“Red Pepper,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides website, reservation, dashboard, messaging, review management, and related technology services for restaurant clients. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when a restaurant client, authorized team member, or other user accesses or uses Red Pepper services, websites, dashboards, forms, integrations, or related tools.
By using Red Pepper services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Services: Red Pepper provides technology services that may include restaurant websites, reservation forms, private event inquiry forms, client dashboards, email tools, SMS messaging tools, review management tools, reporting, hosting, support, and related integrations. Our services are designed to support restaurant business operations. Features may vary by client, plan, setup, location, and third-party service availability.
2. Authorized Use: You may use Red Pepper services only if you are authorized by the restaurant, business, or organization associated with the account.
You agree not to: Access accounts, dashboards, data, systems, or integrations without permission; share login credentials with unauthorized users; use the services for unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems; upload or submit malicious code, spam, or fraudulent information; or misuse guest, customer, reservation, message, review, or business profile data.
3. Restaurant Client Responsibilities: Restaurant clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, including business names, addresses, menus, hours, policies, reservation settings, contact information, business profile details, and other content displayed or managed through Red Pepper services. Restaurant clients are also responsible for ensuring that their staff and authorized users use the services appropriately and comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and third-party terms.
4. Guest and Customer Information: Red Pepper may process guest or customer information on behalf of restaurant clients, including reservation details, private event inquiries, contact information, messages, notes, guest preferences, and related activity. Restaurant clients agree to use guest and customer information only for legitimate business purposes, such as managing reservations, responding to inquiries, providing customer service, operating the restaurant, and supporting guest communications. Use of guest or customer data for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unrelated purposes is prohibited.
5. Google Business Profile and Review Management: If a restaurant client or authorized user connects or authorizes Google Business Profile features through Red Pepper services, Red Pepper may access, display, sync, store, or help manage certain Google Business Profile information on behalf of the authorized account. This may include business profile location information, review data, review reply data, account or listing information, and related metadata, depending on the permissions granted by Google and the authorized user. By using Google Business Profile features, you confirm that you are authorized to manage the connected business profile, location, or account. You agree to comply with Google’s applicable terms, policies, content rules, and review management requirements. Review replies and business profile updates should be accurate, professional, lawful, and appropriate. Red Pepper is not responsible for the content submitted, approved, edited, or published by restaurant clients or their authorized users. Red Pepper does not sell Google user data. Red Pepper does not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, or unrelated marketing. Red Pepper does not use Google user data to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
6. Third-Party Services: Red Pepper services may rely on third-party platforms and providers, including but not limited to hosting providers, authentication providers, email providers, SMS providers, analytics providers, payment providers, restaurant technology platforms, and Google services. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, limits, approval processes, and technical requirements. Red Pepper is not responsible for outages, delays, policy decisions, account restrictions, data inaccuracies, or service changes caused by third-party providers.
7. SMS Messaging: If SMS messaging is enabled for a restaurant client, text messages may be sent for booking-related, customer-care, or transactional purposes.

Privacy Policy. By using Red Pepper services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.
9. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account access. You agree to notify Red Pepper promptly if you believe an account, dashboard, integration, credential, or connected third-party service has been accessed without authorization. Red Pepper may restrict, suspend, or remove access if we believe there is unauthorized use, misuse, security risk, policy violation, or other activity that could harm Red Pepper, restaurant clients, guests, third-party platforms, or the public.
10. Service Availability: We work to keep our services reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be unavailable or limited due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party provider issues, internet disruptions, security events, API limits, platform policy changes, or other circumstances outside our control.
11. Content and Data Accuracy: Red Pepper may display information provided by restaurant clients, guests, third-party services, or integrations. We do not guarantee that all content, reservation data, business profile data, review data, analytics, reports, or dashboard information will always be complete, current, or error-free. Restaurant clients are responsible for reviewing important information and notifying Red Pepper of errors or requested changes.
12. Fees and Payment: Fees for Red Pepper services, if applicable, are governed by the applicable agreement, proposal, invoice, or arrangement between Red Pepper and the restaurant client. Failure to pay required fees may result in suspension or termination of services.
13. Intellectual Property: Red Pepper services, software, dashboards, designs, workflows, documentation, and related materials are owned by Red Pepper or its licensors, except for content owned by restaurant clients, guests, or third parties. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reproduce, or exploit Red Pepper technology or materials without written permission.
14. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Pepper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Red Pepper’s total liability for any claim related to the services will be limited to the amount paid to Red Pepper for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
15. No Warranties: Red Pepper services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet every business need. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Suspension or Termination: Red Pepper may suspend or terminate access to services if we believe there has been a violation of these Terms, misuse of the services, security risk, non-payment, unauthorized access, third-party platform restriction, or activity that may harm Red Pepper, restaurant clients, guests, or third-party providers.
17. Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Red Pepper services after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
