By providing your mobile phone number through a restaurant reservation form, private event inquiry form, or other booking-related form powered or supported by Red Pepper, you agree to receive booking-related text messages related to your request.

Messages may include: Reservation confirmations, reservation reminders, private event confirmations, private event inquiry follow-ups, booking-related customer care messages, guest-initiated cancellation or help responses. Messages are transactional and customer-care related. They are not promotional or marketing messages.

2. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with a restaurant, including whether you submit a reservation request, private event inquiry, or request assistance.

3. Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

4. Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

5. Opt-Back-In: You may opt back in by replying START.

7. Consent Not Required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

8. Supported Carriers: SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
